Return and Refund Policy

At Ayurveda Hub, we are committed to delivering authentic and safe Ayurvedic products with utmost care.
📦 Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If any damaged / defective/ exchanged /replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
If your parcel arrives with a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to send a free replacement, provided the following conditions are met:
📹 Unboxing Video is Mandatory
A complete unboxing video is compulsory to claim a replacement.
Make sure the video starts before opening the parcel and clearly shows the shipping label with your name and order ID visible.
The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from start to finish, with no cuts, edits, or pauses.
The issue must be clearly visible in the video.
Please make sure to include the outer shipping box in your photos or videos, as it helps us verify any transit-related damage.
❌ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
📆 Report Within 7 Days
All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
Late claims will not be eligible for replacement.

The full unboxing video (as described above)
Your order ID or invoice
Photographs of the packaging and product
🔍 Important Limitations
Minor cosmetic issues such as small dents, scratches, or packaging damage that do not affect the product’s usability are not eligible for replacement.
We only process replacements for functional damage or incorrect item delivery.

Ayurveda Hub is not responsible for any individual skin reaction to a particular ingredient. Everyone’s skin is unique, and sensitivities may vary.
Our product descriptions include detailed ingredient lists. We recommend reviewing them carefully before making a purchase.
A patch test is strongly recommended before full use of the product.
If you experience any irritation or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
No claims or replacements will be accepted for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as these vary from person to person.
Individuals with known allergies or sensitivities to any listed ingredients should avoid using the product.
🚚 Free Shipping on Approved Replacements
Once your claim is verified, we’ll send the replacement product free of charge.
There is no need to return the original product.

As our products are personal-use items, we follow a strict replacement-only policy for specific cases.
All our products (soaps, oils, ubtans, etc.) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds — including cases of dissatisfaction or after the product has been used.
