नौ पारंपरिक सामग्रियों से बना यह आयुर्वेदिक दंतमंजन दांतों की सफ़ाई, मसूड़ों की देखभाल और सांसों की ताज़गी के लिए रोज़ की दिनचर्या में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। सुश्रुत संहिता में रोज़ दांतों की सफ़ाई (दंतधावन) को दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बताया गया है। इसमें झाग बनाने वाले रसायन और फ्लोराइड नहीं मिलाए गए हैं।

- मसूड़ों की देखभाल — नीम, बबूल और फिटकरी को परंपरा में मसूड़ों की मज़बूती और देखभाल से जोड़ा जाता है।
- दांतों का पीलापन — कंडे की भस्म और सेंधा नमक को दांतों पर जमी परत और पीलापन कम करने में सहायक माना जाता है।

- हल्दी — मुंह और मसूड़ों की देखभाल के घरेलू नुस्ख़ों का हिस्सा रही है।

इस्तेमाल का तरीका
- ब्रश या उंगली को हल्का गीला करके थोड़ा-सा दंतमंजन लें।
- 1–2 मिनट तक दांतों और मसूड़ों पर हल्के हाथ से गोल-गोल मलें।
- अच्छी तरह कुल्ला करें। सुबह और रात, दोनों समय इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
